In 2018, South Tiffin House emerged from the visionary aspirations of Mr. Mohit R Gowda, who harbored a dream of establishing a series of restaurants dedicated to serving wholesome South Indian cuisine.
The realization of this dream took shape with the inauguration of the first South Tiffin House outlet at Hindustan Naka, Kandivali West. During the challenging period of the COVID-19 lockdown, the restaurant thrived by exclusively offering home delivery, rapidly gaining popularity.
The success story continued with the opening of the second outlet on Daftary Road, Malad East, which became an instant hit from its very inception. Presently, South Tiffin House Owns 11 thriving outlets across Mumbai, From which 4 are on metro stations , with additional expansions in the pipeline.
Steeped in a rich and flavorsome South Indian heritage, coupled with Mohit’s father Mr. Ramesh Gowda’s extensive catering experience spanning over 35 years, the foray into the restaurant chain industry was a seamless journey marked by invaluable expertise and goodwill.
